About The Position

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe's top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe's boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing. Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy
  • Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon
  • Ability to build 'outside-in' POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations
  • Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
  • Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring
  • Undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred)
