About The Position
The position involves working closely with corporate marketing resources and sales teams to produce various sales materials, including brochures, print pieces, sales videos, and custom sales tools. The role requires maintaining positive relationships with agency-of-record, freelancers, print partners, and the in-house graphic design team. Additionally, the candidate will develop and design PowerPoint presentations, gather images and research, and write copy to create effective storytelling for key retailer and restaurant pitches, as well as internal presentation needs. Collaboration with the Research team is essential to develop sales angles for pitches and to search for qualitative data points useful for these pitches. The candidate will also assist with sales lead generation efforts, ensuring content is updated within specific platforms, and will help with event planning needs, including conferences, internal meetings, and retailer events. Other responsibilities include updating the Macerich stakeholder email database for key communications, coordinating and creating content for sales and internal emails, managing the property image library, and providing on-site direction for shopping center photo shoots. The role may include other duties as assigned.
