Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, public accounting, or consulting; experience in private equity portfolio companies or distribution/logistics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI; experience with Alteryx and SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to interact with executives and private equity sponsors and deliver high-impact analysis.
  • Curiosity, common sense, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of key management reports, including monthly financial packs (budget vs. actuals), board presentations, and lender reports.
  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards, templates, and automation tools to monitor business performance, profitability, and working capital.
  • Manage the development of key financial models, including the annual consolidated budget, 13-week cash flow, long-term financial models, and monthly reforecasts.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Finance peers in Sales and Operations to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and financial outlook.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to define data and technology requirements that enhance reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Perform ad hoc business analysis using financial and operational data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
