About The Position

As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage employees and support business goals. This role involves shaping company messaging, connecting teams to strategic objectives, and ensuring consistent branding throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic communications foundation with sound business acumen
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to simplify and humanize complex topics
  • Proven project and program management expertise in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Operational mindset and experience improving processes and applying governance
  • Technologically curious, with a responsible approach to AI and digital tools
  • Trusted advisor and collaborative partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure
  • Customer- and people-centric with a strong instinct for clarity, relevance, and tone
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field – or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of professional communications experience
  • Experience serving as a strategic communications partner to senior leaders and functional teams
  • Proven ability to lead complex communications initiatives end-to-end with significant cross-functional leadership
  • Advanced writing and editing skills across formats and channels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology, risk, security, operations, digital, or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Experience using or integrating AI and modern digital tools into communications workflows
  • Background in data-informed communications measurement and continuous improvement
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related discipline
