Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Clinical Risk Management team in the role of Manager-Corporate Affairs. This position is full-time, and works on a hybrid schedule with onsite work required in in the Indianapolis Metro area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires 2-3 years of relevant management experience
• Requires experience in a healthcare setting or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Risk Management Experience
• Prior Leadership Experience
• Master's or Juris Degree preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages business projects to achieve specific business goals, objectives, and benefits.
• Negotiates contracts, reviews legal documentation and provides litigation support.
• Drafts and edits complex agreements, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assists in the preparation of court documents.
• Provides management and legal advice on business issues and strategies.
