A Brief Overview The Manager, Corporate Administration will lead, develop, and drive a diverse team of both experienced Executive and Administrative Assistants toward providing world class service to TriNet's senior leaders. Additionally, the role will lead strategic projects to streamline operations, enhance departmental integration and contribute to shaping the future support model. The Manager will provide light administrative support to select leaders such as booking travel, expense reporting and some calendar management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred
  • Typically 5 or more years of experience leading or supervising a team of professionals in an office setting required
  • Typically 3 or more years of experience in a Project Management role preferred
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
  • Skilled at driving transformation initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams leading with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and abilities
  • Ability to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for process improvement, organizational efficiency, integration and support.
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders and leading diverse teams through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and positively influence others
  • High level of discretionary judgement and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach others with an emphasis on collaboration, clear communication, growth and development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superb attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and increasing operational efficiency within Corporate Administration.
  • Handle all facets of general administrative work including, but not limited to, calendar scheduling/maintenance, meeting coordination, expense reporting and travel coordination for the assigned leader.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize support models for future needs
  • Interact extensively with senior leadership team and their EA’s to ensure the support model is working as designed.
  • Learn and understand the business/department(s) and their strategic initiatives to independently and proactively prioritize tasks and initiatives for improvement.
  • Champion AI opportunities to streamline and enhance Corp Admin initiatives.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance on best practices in line with TriNet’s policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and engagement.
  • Actively seek opportunities to train and develop colleagues and drive the team through the constant change that stems from the company’s aggressive growth strategy
  • Collaborate with Chief of Staff to ensure alignment with organization and senior team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize support models for future needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Actively seek to remove silos through partnership and superior communication between multiple departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
