The Global Servicing Control Management Risk Identification, Assessment, Testing, and Reporting (RATR) team is responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting operational risks across Global Servicing business unit (BU) processes. Our mission is to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and American Express policies while strengthening the BU’s resilience through a structured and transparent approach to inherent and residual risk management. We are seeking a Manager to play a key role in embedding strong control management practices within Global Servicing’s day-to-day operations. This position will involve close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across business units, functional areas, and global regions.
