As a Control Manager within the Issue Management & Advisory, Client Onboarding & Documentation team, you will proactively identify and address operational and technology risks. You will work closely with senior management and business stakeholders to deliver risk reduction solutions and support large-scale change initiatives. Your role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the control environment for Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations and Digital Document Services. You will help foster a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement. You will partner with colleagues across business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology control functions to drive consistent and rigorous operational risk practices. The team is focused on delivering transformation through technology, including AI and LLM, and supporting the firm’s digitization strategy. You will guide data-driven approaches for business analysis and change testing, ensuring sustainable implementation of operational changes.
