About The Position

KMM, a leading manufacturer of mission‑critical electrical wire harnesses for commercial and military aircraft, space systems, and advanced defense platforms, is seeking a Manager of BCA Contract Strategy, Finance & Governance . This role is the primary owner of all Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) contractual matters and drives KMM's cost recovery, pricing governance, and contract strategy. What You'll Do Lead the full lifecycle of BCA contracts-from review to closeout. Own the monthly assertions process and ensure full cost recovery. Interpret BCA contract clauses and guide entitlement decisions. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure compliance with AS9100, CMMC, ITAR. Serve as the main interface with Boeing Procurement & Contracts. Shape KMM's strategy for future BCA negotiations. What Success Looks Like Accurate, dispute‑free assertions delivered on time. Full recovery of entitled costs. Clean, consistent contract change implementation. Strong internal alignment and proactive customer communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, supply chain, cost analysis, or aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, labor standards, and configuration‑controlled products.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, index match, sumproduct, arrays).
• Experience interpreting contract terms and analyzing cost impacts.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
