Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Purpose: The Strategic Customer Group provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. The Manager, Contract Strategy & Analytics, is responsible for supporting strong governance across assigned processes by ensuring activities follow established policies, controls, and requirements. This role maintains accurate documentation, monitors compliance with standards, and partners with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps, propose and implement efficiencies and solutions. This position supports risk mitigation efforts, and ensures consistent, well-governed operations within their area of responsibility. A robust governance structure for contract and pricing activities ensures that all programs operate within the defined scope and maintain compliance across the three key phases of the contract lifecycle: Strategy Development, Offer Development, and Contract Management.
