This includes enterprise content repositories and tools for managing the information lifecycle for documents, internal websites, and email along with their associated technologies. This position is also responsible for Enterprise collaboration platforms and tools for configuring and developing collaboration solutions to streamline business process and productivity .

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • In lieu of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 11 years may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise content and collaboration platforms which includes 24 x 7 monitoring, incident and problem remediation within SLAs, and customer support.
  • Develop and implement application patching and upgrade roadmaps to ensure reliability, security, and modern features to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in content and collaboration applications through training, hands on experience, seminars, classes, and informal training.
  • Responsible for continuation and completion of work in progress, and monitoring and establishing work priorities.
  • Provide input to management on department budget formulation, as well as monitoring and analyzing expenditures for budgetary accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners in a cooperative and professional manner to improve business results.
