As the Manager of Consumer Marketing Programs at Princess Cruises, you will play a pivotal role in leading various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and loyalty. This hybrid position requires you to work in the Fort Lauderdale office from Tuesday to Thursday, collaborating closely with multiple teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include managing 1:1 LTO (Limited Time Offers), Retention, Loyalty, and Rapid Response Programs, while overseeing the timelines, approvals, tactics, and communications with partners and leaders. In this role, you will partner with Consumer Marketing Managers, Product and Revenue Management leads, and Rapid Response teams to transition all LTO and Rapid Response programs effectively. You will also work with external marketing agencies to ensure that all list requirements are met and quality control is maintained. A significant part of your job will involve developing new retention and loyalty programs in collaboration with the VP and external partners, fostering a high-performance work environment, and managing a team of shared resources with competing priorities. Your responsibilities will extend to campaign execution, where you will utilize data and insights to enhance LTO campaigns and manage all aspects of Loyalty, Retention, and Rapid Response campaigns. You will also be responsible for performance analysis, partnering with internal analysts to deliver automated reports and campaign performance analytics, and implementing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with process improvement and innovation, working with the product team to test new offers and utilizing new data for audience targeting. Staying updated on the latest marketing technologies and tools will be crucial for enhancing program activation capabilities, and you will be responsible for training your team on these new martech tools.
