Requirements

6–10 years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent strongly preferred)
Demonstrated record of top-tier performance
Experience leading engagements and managing senior stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of engagement economics
Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements focused on transformation, performance improvement, and operational strategy
Advise senior stakeholders and present actionable recommendations
Define scope, shape solutions, and drive measurable outcomes
Ensure delivery excellence across quality, timeline, and financial performance
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Support proposal development, solution design, and pricing discussions
Strengthen executive client relationships that drive repeat business
Lead and develop consulting teams across multiple workstreams
Mentor consultants and help shape firm capabilities
Drive accountability and high-performance standards
