About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Community Resource Center manages the activities of the Community Resource Center team. Plans and implements comprehensive community resource program accessible to the public in order to promote health, wellness and reduce health risks in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Health related field
- Three years in developing community resources and working with community agencies to coordinate services for select populations
- Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
