About The Position

We’re launching HighLevel Local Chapters around the world — a global network of in-person communities designed to make it easier than ever for our growing ecosystem to connect, learn, and grow together locally. Each local chapter will serve as a hub where HighLevel users, agency owners, and ecosystem partners come together once a month for networking, shared learning, and meaningful connection with like-minded entrepreneurs. We’re looking for an experienced, people-first Community Manager for our local chapter to design, launch, and scale this global community program. You’ll build the infrastructure, systems, and playbook that empower local leaders to host consistent, high-quality events that strengthen our global network, city by city. Starting with the Dallas pilot, you’ll establish the blueprint for how local chapters operate: from regular meetups and leadership roles to community guidelines and event programming. You’ll recruit, train, and support local chapter leads, and create a scalable model for national and international expansion. You’ll also host HighLevel’s annual Local Chapter Day — a 1–2 day global gathering that brings chapter leaders together for connection, training, and alignment. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role that blends event strategy, community building, and program management. You’ll be the face of HighLevel’s local community network — comfortable on stage, passionate about people, and driven to inspire connection across the world.
