The Manager, Community Engagement is accountable for new member acquisitions, onboarding, and retention programs for all Corporate Event Marketers members and prospects. This role performs administrative functions to include managing the membership database, coordinating member engagement and retention programs, and connecting with members through a variety of methods including direct phone calls, emails, and member community social media posts. The Manager, Community Engagement is accountable for multiple deadlines, member engagement at events, and will build positive relationships with current and prospective members. The Manager, Community Engagement is open, transparent and works effectively cross-functionally, engaging appropriate stakeholders across the organization.
