As a Commission Program Manager, you will drive Sunbelt's commission programs and plans across multiple sales channels and rep types, serving as a subject matter expert for Sunbelt's Specialty Division sales commission plans as well as provide strategic guidance for future plan development. You must be highly motivated to perform a wide variety of tasks where a high degree of accuracy, process thinking and attention to detail are needed. You will independently lead and assist in the planning and coordination of cross departmental projects and tasks including planning and implementing a variety of the company's concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined by corporate officers. In addition you will develop strong and credible relationships with PCMs, DMs, RVPs, SVPs, and Executive Management.
