The NFL’s Club Business Development department guides the NFL’s transformation from current to future state using data, creativity and collaboration to accelerate revenue globally. The group supports the 32 Clubs in delivering direct local value & best-in-class fan experiences via data-driven insights & innovation. In addition to partnering with the clubs, Club BD works cross-functionally to guide key strategic initiatives at a League level. The Manager, Commercial Strategy and Operations, will drive key priorities at both the League and Club level. The role will sit at the intersection of multiple business verticals (ticketing, marketing, fan experience, new ventures & innovation, and more) to support all 32 Clubs, while also identifying and capitalizing on new areas of opportunity across the League. The position requires someone who is a passionate, results-driven problem solver that uses data, creativity, and collaboration to drive transformational results. The Manager will report to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations and requires someone who is a highly driven entrepreneur, a strategic thinker and comfortable with ambiguity. The NFL’s ticket sales landscape is more dynamic and competitive than ever, demanding a smarter, more connected approach to how the league and clubs market, sell, and engage fans. To meet that challenge, the Manager, Commercial Strategy and Operations, will help unify Ticket Sales marketing efforts, turn insights into action, and ensure every club is equipped to drive demand and conversion more effectively. This role will serve as the central connector between Club Business Development, Marketing, Martech, and Clubs helping bridge league strategy with club execution. They will analyze what’s working across teams and markets, surface best practices, and develop scalable league resources that make it easier for clubs to launch and optimize campaigns to sell tickets. In addition to supporting clubs, this position will be the primary marketing point of contact for the NFL’s ticketing partners, ensuring campaign alignment and performance accountability across the ecosystem. They will also lead the marketing strategy for the NFL Ticket ecosystem working closely with League Ticketing Partners, helping shape how the league builds awareness, drives engagement, and grows fan participation through its evolving multi-partner ticketing model. This role is strengthening the connective tissue across the NFL linking data, technology, and marketing strategy to help every club sell smarter and to position the league for sustainable, long-term growth in ticket sales.
