About The Position

The Manager - System Clinical Education and Professional Development is responsible for the operational leadership, coordination, and delivery of nursing education and professional development programs across the Aspirus health system. Reporting directly to the Director - System Nursing Practice, Education, and Professional Development, this role leads a team of educators and supports the advancement of nursing excellence, ensuring the integration of evidence-based education and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for nurses in all care settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • Master's degree in nursing required, or near completion by hire date.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a nursing educator within a health system or academic institution.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering educational programming.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin, Michigan, or Minnesota required.
  • Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) required within 2 years of hire.
  • Strong project management, change management, process improvement, communication (written and verbal), presentation, instructional design, and interpersonal skills are essential.
