This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of clinical departments within the hospital. This involves coordinating clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing administrative processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This position does not require patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or management, with a focus on clinical operations 5-7 years required.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role 3-5 years required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to quality and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of clinical departments, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and enhance patient care.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
  • Monitor clinical documentation practices and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
