About The Position

The Manager of Channel Operations will provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the Multi-Channel Department based in Atlanta, GA. This position will work closely with upper management and various internal departments to facilitate communication, alignment and execution of key initiatives. This individual will participate in a wide range of both strategic and tactical activities while ensuring that specified technical procedures and company policies are being satisfied.

Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Prior experience partnering with others to develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of industry’s rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff, determine project priorities and lead integration of new systems and technologies
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures for new processes and designs workflows and systems documentation
  • Evaluate actual results against expected performance and consistently communicate areas for improvement
  • Provide a meaningful and informational summary of performance results to upper management
  • Prepare, review and recommend changes while providing management with a current perspective of the business
  • Partner with Vice President to determine activities, strategic goals and future direction of operations through regular and clear communications with leaders and employees
  • Create technical training initiatives to ensure all staff members have an understanding of systems and hardware
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee customer support processes and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Partner with People team on recruitment and termination efforts as well as administer performance reviews, timesheets and scheduling, etc.
  • Oversee iTracker reports and occasional client relations initiatives
