This role combines project management skills with change management expertise, training leadership, and client relationship management to ensure change management and training tracks within software implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the position plays a key role in supporting business development through consultative selling and strategic partnership building.
