The Manager of Central Sterile Processing is responsible for overseeing and managing the sterile processing areas supporting perioperative services and coordinating the reprocessing of and delivery of items to other areas within the health care organization.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school. In lieu of , a total of 7 years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech , 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered
5 years of relevant experience which must include of leadership experience
Experience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department

Certified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management
