This position is responsible for space planning and management, including move management & signage, of Aims Community College facilities. It ensures that the college's buildings and infrastructure meet the needs of its students, faculty, staff, and the community. The Campus Space Manager actively drives strategic use of campus spaces, oversees project life cycles, and maintains thorough project documentation. This role involves working with the Director of Planning, Design & Construction to develop and implement long-term space planning strategies, managing all phases of space-related projects, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. This position manages the Space Support program, which includes furniture & signage procurement and office relocations, prioritizing smooth transitions to optimize resource utilization. With expertise in space planning, strong project management, and proficiency in coordinating moves while maintaining detailed project records, this position significantly shapes and enhances the functionality of Aims Community College's campus facilities.
