Manage IT Projects for different business units and be the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables; Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables Ensures client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and regular communication across IT, internal users and senior management Supervise technical development according to the requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for proposed solution from various parties Proactively support business objectives of HKSTP by contributing technical advice and input as necessary Analyze operational matrix, interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques such as BI tools and dashboards Conduct user acceptance test and user trainings prior to system go-live Perform any tasks assigned by supervisors
