About The Position

As the Manager, Business Services Administration at our Baytree Headquarters , you will oversees the sales and operational activities of the Business Services function, driving the development and maintenance of business relationships within SCCU’s market areas. This role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing the Business Services Specialist team, as well as managing the production of business deposits and loans. The position ensures effective execution of commercial deposit and loan processes, promoting strong business relationships and supporting the achievement of profitability, production, and efficiency goals. Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior banking or commercial business development experience and/or 3-5 years prior experience in marketing or retail sales or sales management.
  • Two-year college or associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, business related field, specialized certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Business Services function by communicating, coordinating, coaching and reviewing Business Services Specialist to ensure efficient operations, achievement of sales goals and levels of productivity and effectiveness.
  • Hires and develops Business Services Specialist to establish profitable business relationships and effectively monitors and motivates direct reports to pursue leads and generate new business.
  • Oversees new and existing business relationships with a focus on leveraging our branch infrastructure in an effort to secure SCCU’s position as a broad-based provider of commercial financial services.
  • Refines business services processes and develops procedures which ensure optimum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and member satisfaction, while complying with all applicable SCCU policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.

  • Creates and analyzes management reports on Business Services and efficiency.
  • Provides recommendations to Senior Management based on analysis.
