Requirements

• 3-5 years prior banking or commercial business development experience and/or 3-5 years prior experience in marketing or retail sales or sales management.
• Two-year college or associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, business related field, specialized certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Business Services function by communicating, coordinating, coaching and reviewing Business Services Specialist to ensure efficient operations, achievement of sales goals and levels of productivity and effectiveness.
• Hires and develops Business Services Specialist to establish profitable business relationships and effectively monitors and motivates direct reports to pursue leads and generate new business.
• Oversees new and existing business relationships with a focus on leveraging our branch infrastructure in an effort to secure SCCU's position as a broad-based provider of commercial financial services.
• Refines business services processes and develops procedures which ensure optimum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and member satisfaction, while complying with all applicable SCCU policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.

• Creates and analyzes management reports on Business Services and efficiency.
• Provides recommendations to Senior Management based on analysis.
