Manager Business Operations - Revenue Cycle Are you looking for a rewarding career with family-friendly hours and top-notch benefits? Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent with 5 Years Required Or Associate's Degree with 3 Years Required
  • 3 Years Experience with emphasis on Hospital Business Operations Required
  • 3 Years Experience in personnel management and/or leadership proven abilities Preferred
  • 1 Year Experience with EPIC related to Revenue Cycle Management Required
  • Experience in Insurance Collections Preferred
  • Ability to Balance Cash Receipts.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information for claims submission.
  • Ability to read and interpret rules regarding precert/auth/notification from the payer(s).
  • Ability to read and interpret clinical information provided by the physician.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill required.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task.
  • Must be motivated and a self starter who is able to learn things quickly and work independently.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions proportion, percentage.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence. and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to think outside the box, creative thinking
  • Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to speak in front of groups of all sizes.
  • Ability to resolve patient issues, as well as employee conflicts.
  • Effective PC Skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 Years Experience in personnel management and/or leadership proven abilities Preferred
  • Experience in Insurance Collections Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to staff as well as manage performance, productivity and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Oversees day to day activities of one or more functions within designated area of responsibility.
  • Ensures activities comply with THR standards and government regulations.
  • Responsibilities may include admitting and registration, patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations, and/or preparation of insurance claims.
