As our Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will take the initiative to seek customer buy-in and develop a partnership to execute change. Every day, the successful candidate will exhibit judgment in adjusting communication style and effectively motivate the team to achieve desired results. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a Hospital setting and/or demonstrated, relevant domain knowledge. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/relevant experience)
• 5-8 years of revenue cycle experience – ideally with 2 years of supervisory level leadership
• Experience working with analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
