DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Manager, Business Intelligence. This position manages the Business Intelligence (BI) program including the supervision, management, and training of new team members and daily operations. The Manager, Business Intelligence understands DonorConnect's processes and workflows and uses that knowledge to design and implement data management solutions. This position utilizes contemporary data analytic techniques to assure informed decision-making and drive organizational change and process improvement. Collaborates on the development and maintenance of data pipelines, databases, and data warehouses. Acts as an administrator of various systems and provides guidance for utilization. Designs, develops and implements critical BI initiatives and projects that contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization. DonorConnect is a federally designated nonprofit community service organization dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissues to be used for life-saving transplants.   • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data/business analytics, mathematics or similar field required and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Completion of leadership development plan required
  • Four years' experience in a similar position or working in data analytics operations
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, databases and data storage systems
  • Experience with MS Office 365 applications
  • Ability to write SQL/SSRS and Power BI queries
  • Minimum two years project management experience
  • Strong planning and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain various software applications
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at a time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
