About The Position

The Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for day-to-day execution of analytics, reporting, and data operations. The Manager, Business Intelligence will ensure the business has accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support operational and tactical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM technologies (Zoho Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment
• Advanced SQL ability

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience leading a team in a supervisory role is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data models
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI outputs
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and deliver insights that support daily decision‑making
• Oversee data validation, quality checks, and documentation of BI processes
• Support the implementation and optimization of BI tools and platforms
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor key operational metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
