The Manager, Business Development is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management of the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role ensures excellence across both inbound and outbound motions, driving consistent pipeline creation, rapid lead response times, and high-quality meeting generation. The Manager will execute against established sales strategy, optimize workflows, and develop high-performing BDRs while partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. This position reports to directly to VP of Sales.
