As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in driving new customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for building, coaching, and inspiring a team focused on pipeline generation and lead conversion within the SMB market.
