We are seeking a Manager, Business Development (Transactional) to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid). The Manager will be responsible for supporting business development initiatives for the New York M&A practice, with a focus on a broad range of business and practice development activities. This includes collaborating with the pitch team to prepare new business proposals and presentations; partnering with the events team on client-facing events and webinars; assisting with client targeting efforts; conducting research in support of meetings with existing and prospective clients; identifying and recommending profile-raising opportunities for partners; and working with the PR team on thought leadership initiatives designed to promote the Firm’s services to current and prospective clients. In this role, the Business Development Manager will report to the Associate Director, Business Development, M&A, and will support a variety of functions across the U.S. and global Business Development & Marketing (BDM) Department.
