About The Position

Position Summary... You are a strategic enablement leader who brings structure, insight, and discipline to how enablement work is identified, prioritized, and delivered across the organization. As the Manager of Business Strategy & Sales Enablement (Strategy), you operate at the intersection of business performance, product direction, adult learning, and operational rigor. You work upstream with Product teams to anticipate upcoming initiatives and ensure internal readiness, and laterally with business leaders to review performance insights, diagnose gaps, and recommend enablement solutions that address real business needs. You are comfortable challenging the status quo, asking difficult questions, and reframing problems — always with credibility, diplomacy, and respect for existing teams. You bring a strong understanding of adult learning and behavior change, enabling you to translate business goals into clear learning and performance outcomes. You regularly push partners to define success in terms of what internal associates will know, do, or do differently, and you ideate strategically on how enablement can drive lasting skill adoption — not just awareness. In addition to setting enablement direction, you own the operational backbone of the enablement function. You manage intake processes, project management tools, and internal operating models to ensure work is visible, prioritized, and executed consistently. You do not build enablement assets yourself; instead, you define what needs to be solved, why it matters, how success is measured, and how work moves through the system. About the Team: Our team partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to guide strategic business decisions, optimize supply chain outcomes, and ensure long‑term value creation. We work collaboratively to manage critical deliverables, support complex challenges, and uphold high standards in execution. This role directly contributes to operational excellence, supplier performance, and sustainable business growth. What you'll do...
