The Client Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing, positioning, and delivering integrated marketing solutions that help partners grow their business. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, analytics, and agency partners to bring marketing programs from concept through execution, while also supporting business development efforts tied to marketing services. This role blends client-facing relationship management, marketing strategy, and execution oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Requirements

  • Experience working with creative or media agencies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of comfort working in fast-moving, highly matrixed environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree
  • Background in marketing, consulting, or agency roles involving strategy, project management, or campaign execution
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or consulting environments
  • Comfort leading conversations with senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with budgets and performance metrics
  • Experience managing client accounts and supporting business development efforts
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of proposing solutions and driving work forward

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow marketing relationships for fintech, B2B, and commercial partners, contributing to the ideation and development of end-to-end marketing programs
  • Support business development efforts by shaping, pricing, and selling in marketing solutions aligned to client goals
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives, which may include customer insights and research, product launches, lifecycle marketing, creative development, and multi-channel activation (email, paid social, paid media, search, OOH, influencer, sponsorships, and events)
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, budgets, agency briefs, creative reviews, and vendor coordination
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, analytics, research, brand, communications, digital media, legal, and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing programs
  • Oversee internal processes tied to marketing engagements, such as pipeline tracking, project approvals, scopes of work, vendor invoicing, and revenue tracking
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from clients, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
  • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a positive, results-driven approach to all work
