Job Summary The Manager, Business Development Enablement plays a key leadership role in supporting ScionHealth's Business Development and Growth and Outreach organizations. This position serves as a strategic thought-partner to the Business Development Enablement leadership, helping to elevate the effectiveness, readiness, and operational consistency of the business development team across all markets. The Manager is responsible for overseeing core growth enablement operations, coordinating onboarding and training exercises, ensuring collateral and tools remain current and aligned to business needs, and facilitating cross-functional processes such as JQC preparation and key project oversight. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, an understanding of post-acute care workflows, and the ability to operate independently while creating structure, clarity, and follow-through across multiple workstreams. This individual must be technically savvy, proactive, and capable of managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting the professional development of team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent including education equivalent to completion of secondary school or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role. (Required)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales / business development operations, post-acute care, and or healthcare leadership
  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales process, referral development, and post-acute care workflows
  • Experience facilitating training, managing cross-functional processes, and / or leading operational initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of LTACH, post-acute care workflows, or healthcare business development operations.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable facilitating calls, leading discussions, and ensuring clarity among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Technically savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (i.e., Allscripts, Referral Manager), and digital collaboration tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or other related field (Preferred)
  • Prior exposure to supporting senior leaders (managing calendars and travel) or acting as a project lead, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc)
  • Travel up to 25%25.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to Business Development leadership to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement projects that strengthen performance.
  • Lead facilitation of JQC prep calls, ensuring agendas, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups are clearly structured and consistently executed.
  • Coordinate key projects with appropriate oversight, accountability, and communication.
  • Build structure around processes that require ongoing management, capturing action items, tracking progress, and ensuring completion.
  • Provide leadership in organizing, documenting, and standardizing enablement processes.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, including training coordination, systems access, equipment, and readiness milestones.
  • Maintain a structured onboarding curriculum, ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices.
  • Schedule and facilitate basic training modules for new or existing team members – oversee the completion of CORE 1 and CORE 2 modules for new clinical liaison hires
  • Maintain and monitor training materials, ensuring they are current, accurate, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Assist in developing job aids, quick guides, and updated reference materials.
  • Coordinate onsite meetings and trainings; includes planning, execution and travel
  • Own repository of marketing collateral, ensuring tools, documents, and materials remain up-to-date, version-controlled, and accessible.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through technology or process enhancements.
  • Ensure Business Development Teams Channels are current
  • Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and cross-department initiatives when aligned with sales enablement goals.
  • Support preparation of presentations, analytics summaries, or reports to guide leadership decision-making.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic, personnel, or business-sensitive information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
