About The Position

The Manager, Business Analytics - Supply Chain is responsible for leading the efforts of the Business Analytics team to support the Enterprise’s key strategic goals, with a primary focus on Supply Chain functional areas. Responsibilities include preparing and communicating project documentation, supporting data asset initiatives, presenting complex reports and visualizations, and providing data-driven insight and solutions across the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
Team-oriented, hardworking, open-minded, and flexible.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
Ability to read and interpret, and also to prepare documents such as instructions and procedure manuals, and network diagrams.
Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to do algebra, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
A methodical and organized approach to problem-solving.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Nice To Haves

Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience working with large data sets is preferred.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience working with organization BI tool is preferred.
One (1) year of experience working in a manager’s role is preferred.
Experience with Power BI is preferred.
Experience with Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, or Demand/Fulfill is preferred.
Experience in data mining, analysis, and enterprise reporting is preferred.
Proficiency in SQL is preferred.

Work with leadership to understand current needs in support of strategic goals.
Represent the department as an SME within large-scale projects.
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports accurately and present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Design and architect advanced data visualizations using various BI tools and solutions.
