We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Manager, Business Analysis and Insights to shape and support data-driven decision-making and deliver strategic insights across the organization. Being an integral part of the CFO organization, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence outcomes at the intersection of data analytics, strategy, and financial performance optimization. The ideal candidate will bring 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles within direct-to-consumer (D2C) or tech-enabled companies, or consulting. We’re looking for someone with a strong passion for turning data into compelling narratives and a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
