About The Position

Position Summary... The role supports the development, administration, and execution of sales compensation programs designed to drive performance across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Total Rewards to calculate commissions and bonuses, maintain accurate compensation documentation, and ensure sales teams receive timely updates on plan changes. You will manage key operational processes such as validating data for commission payouts, maintaining sales team roster and hierarchy records, and supporting quota setting and territory assignments. Additionally, you will prepare quarterly performance reports, respond to compensation-related inquiries, and participate in special projects focused on enhancing compensation tools, processes, and overall sales performance. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners and sales teams. What you'll do... Partner with HR and Total Rewards to maintains compensation documentation and ensures timely communication of plan changes to the sales team Supporting commission payouts process, validating data and ensuring accuracy Responds to compensation-related inquiries from sales team Maintaining up-to-date sales team rosters, hierarchies, and compensation plan records Supports quota setting and territory assignment and distributing letters for the sales team Quarterly reporting as it relates to individual or team performance Participate in special projects related to compensation, planning tools, or sales performance initiatives Audit payments against plan and communicate with plan stakeholders to address issues What you’ll bring… Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, HR or related field. At least 3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical and strategic skills, such as business analyst, compensation analyst, or business development. The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively either via presentation or whitepaper. The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate 'what-if' scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.
