Manager, Bus Systems Commercial & Process Management: The Manager, Bus Systems Commercial & Process Management supports procurement, contract performance management, reconciliation and coordination activities related to Games time bus services for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role oversees vehicle, operator, maintenance, integration, technology, and support-service contracts from procurement through delivery and financial reconciliation. Working closely with the Director, Stakeholder Bus Operations, the LA28 Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Transportation Teams, and the Games Transport Program Integrator (GTPI), the Manager contributes to the development and maintenance of integrated work plans, performance tracking systems, and cross functional issue-resolution frameworks. The role also acts as a central communication hub for procurement and contract related updates, driving alignment across internal teams and external suppliers. During Games time, the Manager monitors supplier performance, supports real time issue resolution, and ensures contract compliance across Venue Operations. Post-Games, the Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the post-operational contract and financial reconciliation process.
