About The Position

This position is focused on creating compelling store experiences by developing, communicating, and executing visual strategies. Focusing on product placement, and styling to drive sales, and reinforce the brand’s identity. This role bridges creative design with business goals, ensuring consistent, engaging, and profitable store environments across a brand's fleet, collaborating with corporate visual, marketing, and the operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years visual merchandising experience leading large multi-market environments
  • Proven success driving merchandising strategy at scale
  • Expert knowledge of visual standards and technique, with the ability build capability through coaching, training, and development of leaders
  • Proven ability to shape and innovate visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive measurable business results
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to inspire and influence others
  • Ability to foster team commitment and create a positive, inclusive environment
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, navigate ambiguity and act urgently
  • Technology proficient and strong business acumen
  • Willing to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in the communication, and evolution of brand visual standards, ensuring they reflect strategic priorities and customer insights.
  • Communicates key merchandising initiatives to ensure consistency in brand, selling culture, and customer experience. Detailing any product issues along with weekly selling feedback and solutions to the NSSC Visual team.
  • Conducts store visits in partnership with Field Leadership, to build visual merchandising and presentation capabilities, reinforce brand standards and an omni-channel experience with a customer lens.
  • Identifies market opportunities and issues, partners with District and Store Managers to develop solutions and provide feedback and ideas regarding execution of store presentation that will drive sales.
  • Train, develop and mentor District Sales Managers and Store Leaders across the Brand to execute brand standards, visual merchandising, and presentation strategies to positively impact overall business and build visual merchandising skills in the market.
  • Develops data driven reporting to identify opportunities, drive sales, and maximize ROI through strategic product placement and presentation.
  • Analyzes merchandising reports, leveraging historical sales data and current goals to shape effective merchandising and styling decisions aligned with brand standards.
  • Utilizes the brand supported tools to effectively support stores with concept flows, windows, and business strategies.
  • Delivers in season and seasonal hindsight relating to product, presentation and competition to DM and store teams.
  • Builds constructive cross departmental, effective relationships with all Field leadership to align visual merchandising and brand initiatives.
  • Responds to product performance opportunities with real-time supplemental global visual merchandising solutions and enhancements based on store architecture and inventory to improve sales results.
  • Stays informed on the competitive landscape, fashion trends, and key business drivers to identify and capture opportunities that maximize sales.
  • Collaborates closely with the home office visual team and acts as liaison between home office and field leadership teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Provides 360-degree feedback, creative solutions, and visual merchandising ideas to influence future directives.
