About The Position

As Manager, Brand Partnerships , you are a key middle-management leader at Hollywood Branded — serving as the strategic connector between executive leadership and the day-to-day brand partnership teams. You will: Help grow and mentor emerging talent Translate executive vision into clear team direction Contribute to brand strategy across client initiatives and company-wide priorities Serve as a trusted client lead at your level You’ll work closely with leadership to understand high-level brand strategy, agency priorities, and growth initiatives — then interpret and operationalize that direction for your team. At the same time, you’ll act as a primary client point of contact, ensuring brand strategy, campaign execution, and initiative details are handled with precision and excellence. By confidently managing relationships, overseeing deliverables, and maintaining strategic alignment, you support senior leadership with daily client team interaction — allowing executives to focus on agency growth and innovation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves both the big picture and the fine details — and who thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility entertainment marketing environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, entertainment marketing, influencer marketing, integrated marketing — or related fields
  • Strong people-management and team-development experience
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
  • Comfort interpreting leadership direction and translating it into actionable team plans
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Passion for entertainment, culture, and storytelling
  • 5+ years of experience in client services, brand partnerships, project management, or account management (marketing, entertainment, or branding industry experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead client communications and manage deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members; comfortable providing direction and feedback.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset paired with creativity and an eye for branding and pop culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and contribute to team success.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with MS365, Outlook, Teams, HubSpot, Monday.com, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

  • Managing, coaching, and developing junior team members to promote growth and high performance
  • Leading brand partnership initiatives across entertainment marketing, influencer campaigns, and integrated activations
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting sales and business development efforts
  • Developing and overseeing campaign strategy, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Serving as a client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client service
  • Collaborating daily with HB leadership, creative, production, influencer, and brand teams to bring partnerships to life
  • Staying deeply immersed in pop culture trends and emerging platforms to inform strategy and storytelling
