Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand management, and visual communication.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design excellence and thoughtful application of brand systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and WordPress.
  • Excellent presentation and visual storytelling skills in PowerPoint.
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack.

Responsibilities

  • Design brand-aligned assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Serve as a visual brand steward, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and systems for scalable execution.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative concepts supporting business initiatives.
  • Translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Provide design guidance and feedback to uphold brand standards.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and organization of creative workflows.
