This is a benefited, full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour day shift schedule. This position will work at various hospital or clinic sites as needed with occasional remote flexibility. The position will mainly be based out of our La Jolla campus. Be responsible for the oversight and management of the site's biomedical engineering operations, logistics, and management of medical equipment. Provide training and technical leadership to appropriate patient care personnel regarding equipment operations, standards, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • A minimum three years of leadership experience in hospital biomedical engineering department.
  • A.A. Degree in Electronics or Equivalent Education in Biomedical Technology or Equivalent Military Training/Education.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or AAMI Certification.
