About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Manager of Billing to join the team! The Manager of Billing provides leadership and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Billing department. This position demonstrates a high level of expertise in leadership of core company objectives. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and implementing strategies that increase productivity, timeliness, accuracy and regulatory compliance within the department. This position promotes a positive work environment through strong leadership, transparency, people management leading to high employee engagement and excellent customer experience. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Prior TPA operations experience.
  • Knowledge of one or more claims systems (VBA, EGBAS, Javelina and/or GGBAS.)
  • Experience in Eligibility, Billing, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management of the Billing Team.
  • Own department SOPs and process implementation.
  • Hires, trains, and professionally develops staff effectively.
  • Planning and management of department workflows.
  • Deliver pertinent department and company information to team members in a timely manner.
  • Identify team member areas of improvement and propose action plans that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Coaches and directs team performance by setting clear goals and expectations, establishing key priority indicators, and tracking progress against set goals.
  • Provides on-going and timely coaching to team members to deliver outstanding client experience by delivering high quality, accurate information and products to our clients.
  • Performs annual reviews in a timely manner.
  • Pay roll, attendance and paid time off management.
  • Partner with HR as required.
  • Ownership of billing department across all claims systems (VBA, GGBAS, EGAS and Javelina)
  • Oversee billing processes, standards, ensure timely and accurate processing of all billing and rate maintenance procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy of monthly bills are sent to clients timely within standard operating procedures.
  • Compiles information and reconciles to ensure accuracy for distribution of clients' monthly administrative billing reports.
  • Compile, analyze and report client information as requested.
  • Verifies accuracy of billing and addresses quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up and cooperate with other departments & business leaders to ensure renewal and new group information is accurate and received timely.
  • Ensures maintenance of internal control systems, such as check log, billing files, payable and receivable controls, etc.
  • Analyzes department processes and procedures and implements process improvements to ensure accurate, high-quality output is delivered to our customers.
  • Identifies and implements innovative ways to deliver customer service. Proactively reaches out to customers and delivers value added recommendations and solutions. Collaborates with other internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Ensure customer issues are quickly remediated and identifies root cause issues to improve department and organizational processes.
  • Actively participates in and leads organizational and department initiatives to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.
  • Appropriately and quickly escalates customer issues up the chain of command.
  • Establish internal control processes and proper separation of duties to ensure client funds are handled securely.
  • Collaborates with others cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures to ensure quality.
