The Benefits team is part of Sony Music Entertainment’s (SME) People Experience (PX) Department, and has responsibility of developing, negotiating, and customizing the health, welfare, and retirement programs for employees of SME. The Benefits Manager will oversee health insurance, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other ancillary benefits as well as providing the team with support on retirement plans. This role is key in ensuring the organization remains competitive and compliant while fostering employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
