Dow Jones is seeking a Manager, Audience Experimentation & Insights to help scale a next-generation experimentation program that fuels subscription growth across WSJ, and new verticals. As part of the Performance Marketing organization, this manager plays a critical part in shaping how we validate new audience strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and position our brands as premium, high-value products. You will partner closely with Performance Marketing leads, Commerce Product, Subscription Strategy, and Engineering to design and evaluate audience experiments that inform messaging, paywall performance, onboarding, pricing, and retention. A key component of this position is accelerating our experimentation velocity and insight generation through generative AI, LLM-powered analysis, and automation, ensuring that teams have faster, more sophisticated, and more actionable decision-support. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines analytical rigor, strong storytelling, and a growth mindset with the ability to bring structure, innovation, and operational excellence to a rapidly scaling experimentation program. You will work in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week.
