The Manager, Associate Experience & Organizational Effectiveness serves as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in engagement and experience. This role helps leaders strengthen associate experience, leadership capability, and business performance through insights gained from key listening touchpoints-such as the annual engagement survey, onboarding and offboarding feedback, and moments that matter. Acting as an internal consultant, this role supports business and HR leaders in identifying opportunities for growth, team development, and enhanced associate connection. They lead the overarching listening strategy for the organization and ensure that engagement insights are embedded across all talent processes, creating alignment between culture, capability, and performance.
