About The Position

The Manager, Associate Engagement & Experience is responsible for shaping and executing the TruGreen’s listening and engagement strategy while ensuring those insights are embedded across all talent processes. This role integrates program management discipline with expertise in organizational effectiveness and talent management to deliver initiatives that strengthen associate experience, leadership capability, and overall business performance. This role partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to design, launch, and continuously improve initiatives that connect learning, leadership development, performance, and engagement

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, engagement, or related HR disciplines.
  • Working experience with Qualtrics and Workday strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in survey design/analysis and translating insights into practical business actions
  • Strong program management background; formal training or certification (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise initiatives.
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Insights & Experience Integration Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise listening strategies (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse checks, lifecycle feedback).
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and integrate them across talent processes such as learning, leadership development, performance, and succession planning.
  • Design toolkits, resources, and communications that equip leaders to act effectively on feedback.
  • Program & Project Leadership Serve as the lead program manager for organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise strategy.
  • Maintain overall accountability for strategy development, implementation, and outcomes of transformation programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish objectives, action plans, and timelines, and follow through to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Apply structured program management practices, including governance, dashboards, performance tracking, and approval processes.
  • Partnership & Influence Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and sponsors to drive growth, engagement, and organizational change.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports that communicate progress, outcomes, and insights with clarity and consistency.
  • Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment, adoption, and success of programs.
  • Operational Excellence Resolve barriers and operational issues by developing processes, resources, and communication that accelerate the adoption of talent practices.
  • Escalate and triage unresolved issues appropriately to maintain program momentum.
  • Build and maintain accessible repositories (e.g., cloud-based resources) for program documentation, toolkits, and team materials.
  • Travel as needed (within budget) to validate impact, support implementation, and engage with stakeholders on high-value initiatives.
